Job Descriptions
Cash Office Clerk
- Provide accurate balancing of all Lowe's transactions and receipts.
Ensure security over all funds.
- Process and file paperwork as directed.
- Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional
manner, providing quick, responsive customer service.
Requirements
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights and
weekends.
- Must be proficient in operating all applicable equipment, according
to company standards.

Cashiers
- Offer efficient check out of customers.
- Operate cash register, process customer payments and bag customer
purchases.

Customer Service Associate
- Provide superior customer service by assisting customers in the
selection, demonstration and purchase of products including special
orders and installations.
- Keep shelves fully stocked, fronted according to planogram and
correctly priced. Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly,
professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.
Requirements
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights and
weekends.
- Must be proficient in operating all applicable equipment, according
to company standards.
- Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable

Electrical Pro
- Under the direction of the Department Manager, responsible for
upholding the knowledge of an electrical professional.
- Has in depth knowledge of products and related accessories specific
to their electrical trade and will provide customers with this
knowledge.
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate record of following-up while
applying great attention to detail to their work. Maximizes sales of
department merchandise and related products
- Provides and ensures quick, responsive, friendly customer service
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in electrical work.
- 12 months sales experience with another home center or specialty
retailer with similar product line.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights and
weekends.
Facility Service Associate
Responsible for the cleanliness and general maintenance of the facility
inside and out. Some of these tasks include the following:
- Keeping entrance/exit areas free of stray merchandise and debris.
- Performing basic preventative maintenance on store equipment.
- Performing basic minor repairs to facility and equipment as
needed.
- Maintaining adequate supply of cleaning supplies, toilet paper,
paper towels, etc. Check and clean bathrooms as needed.
Requirements
- Must have basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding,
subtracting, multiplying, dividing and knowledge of weights and
measures.
- Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and
employee inquiries.
- Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to
perform job functions (Other preferences will be given for special
language skills when there is a business need).
Loaders
- Assist customers in carrying and loading their purchases.
- Maintain outside appearance of store by returning carts to proper
location and cleaning/organizing as necessary.
- Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional
manner, providing quick, responsive customer service.
Requirements

Plumbing Pro
- Under the direction of the Department Manager, responsible for

to their plumbing trade and will provide customers with this knowledge.

- In-depth knowledge of products and related accessories specific to
their plumbing trade.
- Experience and knowledge in plumbing work.
- If not licensed or certified, candidate must have a minimum of 2
years experience at a wholesale or retail company specific to the
plumbing trade.
Receiving/Stocking
- Facilitate safe, accurate and efficient receiving and stocking of all
in-bound freight.
- Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional
manner, providing quick, responsive customer service.
- Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Unloader
- Responsible for safe, accurate, and efficient unload and dispersement
